Josh Branham serves as Food Data Advisor at Galley, the Culinary Resource Planning platform. He works hand-in-hand with Meals on Wheels programs nationwide, including Tampa, Monterey Peninsula, Palm Beaches, and Portland’s Meals on Wheels People.
Through these partnerships he has learned how to cut waste and guard budgets. He also raises kitchen output so teams feed more seniors with the same staff.
Off the clock, Josh lives in San Diego, coaches youth baseball, and still jumps in at shortstop with his two boys.
