Julia's background includes years of dedicated work on Capitol Hill, where she made significant contributions in both the House and Senate working for Senator Bennet and Congressman Perlmutter from Colorado. Julia also brings lots of experience from the state and local government, including having served as Political Director for Governor Polis. Julia’s proven record of strategic thinking and collaboration at all levels of government and across sectors has positioned her best to lead Meals on Wheels America's lobbying efforts, managing relationships with congressional offices, and directing grassroots and digital campaigns.
