Amelia Kurtz serves as the Senior Director of Membership at Meals on Wheels America. Joining the team in May 2024, she is responsible for deepening member engagement across strategic initiatives, growing membership and enhancing the overall member value. She was previously at the National Association of Independent Schools for more than 12 years, where she worked in a variety membership and marketing roles. Amelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University; an MBA and Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University; and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She currently lives in Kentucky with her husband and two young daughters.
