Jennifer Lenora West is a passionate nonprofit leader with over two decades of experience driving community-focused initiatives in the Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, and Colombia. As CEO of Meals on Wheels Cayman Islands, she champions programs that ensure food security and dignity for vulnerable seniors. A dedicated youth worker by training, Jennifer blends compassion with strategic fundraising, volunteer engagement, and advocacy efforts.
She is a proud alumna of Toccoa Falls College and a current graduate student, continuing her pursuit of excellence in Human Services and Leadership. Beyond her professional work, she is the mother of two teenage boys (Tobias & Zachary), and a pageant coach, empowering young women to build confidence, embrace community service, and rise as leaders. Jennifer aims to inspire through every role she holds with purpose, resilience, and grace.
