Doug Wright has been President/CEO of SENIOR Solutions / Meals on Wheels Upstate SC for 27 years. The company has grown to six organizations including wholly owned subsidiaries. He has helped guide the company from 20 staff to over 140, build three senior centers three adult daycares, a transportation division that serves four counties in Upstate SC, a home care division, a home health division, a for profit senior health insurance division, and an expanded Meals on Wheels Meals program that serves meals in 13 counties in South Carolina. We serve 550 hot meals each day M-F in two counties, and 12,000 frozen choice meals a week in 13 counties. We deliver all of these meals in our own vehicles with paid staff. Meals on Wheels Upstate SC built a kitchen in 2020, and now we produce all of our meals in house.
