Candace Robinson is the Director of Healthy Communities at Capital Impact Partners, part of Momentus Capital—a national, nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) with a 40-year track record of developing capacity and capital solutions to create communities of opportunity. Candace leads the development of community-based systems to expand access to health equity working collaboratively across teams and with community-based providers, government agencies, and entrepreneurs to embed health equity into the organization’s strategy, culture, and products. Since 2004, Candace has driven Capital Impact Partners’ work at the intersection of community development and health promoting economic mobility and better health outcomes. She also plays a key role in designing and piloting new systems to deliver technical assistance that strengthens real estate lending and portfolio management. Candace holds a BS in Public Policy from Indiana University’s School of Public Affairs and a Master’s in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
