Claire Cruse is a health services researcher and policy expert focused on improving aging services and healthcare delivery. She launched her career at the Athens Community Council on Aging (ACCA), an aging services organization in rural Georgia, where she supported strategic planning and gained firsthand experience with community-based aging services. Now a Director at ATI Advisory, Claire leads initiatives that integrate community perspectives with data-driven strategies to improve outcomes for older adults. She specializes in mixed-methods research—combining qualitative insights from focus groups and interviews with quantitative analysis—to inform effective policy and program design. Previously, Claire led research on health equity and delivery system reform at the Network for Excellence in Health Innovation (NEHI) and at Deloitte’s Center for Health Solutions. Claire holds an MPH in Health Policy from The George Washington University, a graduate certificate in Gerontology, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Georgia.
