Kimberly Lipinski is a nutrition leader and founder of Elder Nourish LLC, an award-winning company that has delivered thousands of medically tailored meals to older adults in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with compassionate, person-centered care to support aging in place.
She currently serves as Director of Nutrition and Wellness at the Central Vermont Council on Aging, overseeing Meals on Wheels, nutrition counseling, and wellness education across the region. Kimberly also serves on Meals on Wheels America's Nutrition Advisory Group and sits on the Board of Directors for Salvation Farms, a Vermont nonprofit focused on food gleaning and local food access.
An experienced mentor, she received the Outstanding Preceptor Award from the University of Vermont for guiding future dietitians. Her work reflects a holistic vision that integrates food, community, and empowerment to help older adults thrive.
