Meghan Grady brings over a decade of leadership experience in nonprofit management, public service, and health equity. As Executive Director of Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island since 2019, she has led the organization through a period of significant growth—expanding daily meal delivery by 50% and broadening services to include perinatal women, rural school-aged children, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Meghan previously served as Chief Operating Officer of a large multi-service organization. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Roger Williams University, a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College, and an honorary doctorate from Rhode Island College. She currently chairs the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Aging and serves on the Brown University School of Public Health Community Advisory Board.
