Principal
Connecting Evidence , California
Michelle Molina is the Principal of Connecting Evidence. She loves working with collaboratives and nonprofits tackling complex issues. Michelle has over a decade of experience helping groups use data. That is, she helps them use data to learn from what’s working to inform adaptations, improvements, and decisions. Michelle’s Master’s in Education, focusing on Social Research Methodology from UCLA, gave her the technical skills she needed to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data. Her experience working with a variety of organizations has helped her understand the importance of considering what would be useful to stakeholders, employing participatory approaches, and being thoughtful about the broader systems in which organizations, initiatives, and projects live.
