Willy Gloria is the Executive Director of Meals on Wheels California, leading statewide efforts to strengthen and unify senior nutrition services. With over a decade of experience in advocacy, nonprofit management, and community engagement, he previously served as Chief Impact & Advocacy Officer at Meals on Wheels San Diego County, where he led initiatives to expand nutrition access, influence policy, and build strategic partnerships. Since 2017, he has played a key role in aligning advocacy with sustainable service delivery.
Before entering the senior nutrition field, Willy worked in the music industry, supporting record labels in artist development and marketing—experience that sharpened his communication and outreach skills. He brings a strong background in grassroots organizing, public policy, and equity-driven leadership to his work, with a commitment to ensuring every older adults has access to the nutrition and support they deserve.
