As a seasoned coach and facilitator, Jen has a gift for creating and holding spaces that nurture deep connections, spark powerful insights, and generate courageous action. Over the past 15 years, Jen has supported social sector leaders and groups who are tackling some of the most important issues of our time, including human rights, racial equity, affordable housing, international peacebuilding, and ending homelessness. Jen serves as faculty for ProInspire’s Leadership Institute, an interactive leadership development program designed to empower rising leaders with the skills to scale social impact. Prior to launching Lachman Consulting, Jen was the Executive Director of MAG (Mines Advisory Group) America, where she attempted to dodge the landmines (literally and figuratively!) that come with nonprofit leadership. Jen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate Program in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership.
