Laura Belazis is the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact at Meals on Wheels America. She leads strategic initiatives across the organization, including overseeing the organization’s social connection and safety portfolios. She previously served as a program and evaluation Director at DC Central Kitchen and The Campus Kitchens Project. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she focused on program evaluation, community-based public health and the social determinants of health. Beginning her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique, Laura has over 15 years of experience implementing programs at the local and national level. She joined Meals on Wheels America in 2021.
